Standard International shipping is handled by the destination country's local postal service. If you have any concerns about the reliability of your local postal service we suggest you select Express Shipping.

Express Shipping & Service within Australia for $10.

International Express Shipping & Service for $28.
While completely optional, we highly recommend this service for our international customers. It not only greatly speeds up delivery but also provides much better ongoing tracking and customer service with the courier company in the event of anything going wrong with the shipment.

What do we mean when we say Shipping & Service? Shipping refers to the courier or postal system, Service means our in-house manufacturing and the priority of your order in our production queue. When you select express, you get 2 things. Both priority manufacturing and also express courier shipping.

Does ARMY OF MEN deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world.*

International delivery is currently free if standard shipping and $28 for express.

*There are certain countries where Customs might confiscate your order. We will contact you if we believe you may experience problems importing our products. At present, the following countries may pose problems depending on what items are ordered: Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India.

When will my order be sent?

We are a made-to-order business. This means we manufacture your goods after an order has been placed. Our general timeline is that your order will be made within 2-4 business days. We do our best to make your gear as soon as possible and most of the time, your order should only take a few days before dispatch.

In the event an order cannot be fulfilled within our expected manufacturing schedule, Army of Men will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative product or refund.

When will my order arrive?

We are a made-to-order business. It takes us up to 4 business days to make your gear.

Standard Australian orders to metro regions should arrive within 12 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 8 days in transit). Regional areas can take longer.

Express Australian orders to metro regions should arrive within 6 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 2 days in transit). Regional areas can take longer.

Express International orders to major cities in many countries usually arrive within 9 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 5 days in transit).

The final leg of Standard International delivery is handled by the destination country's local postal service. As a result, delivery times vary greatly, so we can't make any promises. Orders can arrive in as little as 12 business days but we have had orders take us much as 24 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 20 days in transit).

If you need it before a particular date drop us a note in the comment section of the order or email and we will do our best.  

Will my package say, "ARMY OF MEN" on it?

We understand some of you would prefer that your orders are more discreet.  All packages will state that it's from “AOM”.

Who do you ship your orders with?

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. International orders are sent via DHL Express, or DHL eCommerce.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation which will include an Australia Post or DHL tracking number. You can then use this tracking number on the Australia Post or DHL website to track the order. AusPost parcel tracking page here.

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties on my order?

This will depend on the Customs agency of the country being delivered to and whether the value of your order falls under the Tax-free threshold for import duties. We advise that all such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For more information please check with your local Customs office.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.

Returns & Exchanges


We have a 14 day full returns and exchange policy on all products. 

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at, quote your Order # and reason(s).

All items MUST be sent back via courier/post and have a tracking number. 

Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. The items must not have been worn, altered or washed.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Though we will issue a store credit to the amount of the return shipping cost if the item is being exchanged because it doesn’t fit.


We do our absolute best to ensure your orders go out in perfect condition, but mistakes do sometimes happen.

If you receive a faulty item or a wrong item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at

In the event we send either a faulty or wrong item. The return shipping cost will be fully reimbursed.
