You ORDER IT, we MAKE IT, then we SHIP IT.


MAKE IT

We are a made-to-order business.
This means we start hand-making your gear once you have placed an order. 

There is a manufacturing time and delivery time estimator on this page, below the ADD TO CART button. These dates are our best estimation. They are not a guarantee.
If your gear is finished early, we will ship it early. If early delivery could be a problem (i.e. you’ll be away), let us know.

SHIP IT (Australia)

Shipping within Australia is handled by Australia Post.

Standard Shipping (Free) uses Parcel Post.

Express Shipping ($10) uses Express Post.

SHIP IT (International)

International shipping is handled by DHL Express. 

Shipping costs vary depending on individual countries but as a general guide:

$45 AUD to North America, Western Europe, New Zealand, and East Asia.

$65 AUD to South America, Pacific Islands, Israel, and South Africa.

$95 AUD to Central America and other remote nations we deem safe to send to.

If you are unable to select your country at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there. There may be one or more reasons, such as lack of courier infrastructure, high risk of theft, or safety risk for our customers importing this type of product.

UK Minimum Order

Due to changes to the the procedure for collecting VAT and duties we are unable to send orders to the UK that total less than £135 (about $250 AUD).

If you need your gear before a particular date email us at info@armyofmen.com and we will do our best.

TAX and DUTY?

Taxes and duties levied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs department for more information on charge rates.

Many locations, most notably the UK, EU, and Canada will charge you Tax and Duty on imported leather goods from Australia. 

US customers should not be charged import taxes or duties. In the unlikely event that you are asked by DHL or US Customs for an additional payment please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Any problems? We'll sort it out.

 

EXCHANGES

If your gear arrives damaged or doesn't fit we will exchange it and cover the cost of standard return shipping (up to $45 AUD).

 

RETURNS

If for whatever other reason you want to return it, and you haven't gotten all hot and sweaty in it, that's no problem too.
