We have a 14 day full returns and exchange policy on all products. 

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at, quote your Order # and reason(s).

All items MUST be sent back via courier/post and have a tracking number. 

Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. The items MUST NOT have been worn, altered or washed.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Though we will issue a store credit to the amount of the return shipping cost if the item is being exchanged because it doesn’t fit.


We do our absolute best to ensure your orders go out in perfect condition, but mistakes do sometimes happen.

If you receive a faulty item or a wrong item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at

In the event we send either a faulty or wrong item. The return shipping cost will be fully reimbursed.
