How much does delivery cost?

AUSTRALIA

Shipping within Australia is handled by Australia Post.
Standard Shipping (Free) uses Parcel Post.
Express Shipping ($10) uses Express Post.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is handled by DHL Express. Delivery to most metropolitan areas is within a week.

Shipping costs vary depending on currency conversion but as a general guide:

$45 AUD to the US, Canada, EU, New Zealand, and East Asia.

If your currency or country is not displayed, it means we do not currently ship there. There may be one or more reasons, such as lack of courier infrastructure, poor customs control, high import duties, high cost of freight, high risk of theft, or safety risk for our customers importing this type of product.

 

How long will it take to make and delivery my gear?

We are a made-to-order business.
This means we start hand-making your gear once you have placed an order. 

There is a manufacturing time and delivery time estimator on our product pages. These dates are our best estimation. They are not a guarantee.

Manufacturing time. The bit we have some control over.
Our manufacturing times are updated daily. The time will vary depending on the number of outstanding orders and other work commitments. 
If your gear is finished early, we will ship it early. If early delivery could be a problem (i.e. you’ll be away), let us know.
If we expect to take longer we will contact you to explain why and offer other options. 

Delivery time. The bit we have no control over.
This is a rough estimate that covers both domestic and international orders.
Australian Express Post may be a bit quicker, and rural international deliveries may take a bit longer.
Once we have shipped your gear, the most accurate delivery date will be available from the courier. 
If your parcel has not been delivered by the expected date, contact both us and the courier in your area to lodge an inquiry.

Can I add to my order after I've checked out?

If you want to add to a completed order you can either place a new order and we will refund you the shipping cost, or contact us for a discount code so you don't have to pay the shipping charge twice. E-mail: info@armyofmen.com.

 

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes.
All international deliveries are sent by DHL Express and arrive in their standard yellow and red plastic satchels or boxes, with standard DHL documentation on the outside. Our company name will be shortened to "A.O.M" and the description of the contents will be, "Articles of leather fashion accessories" or similar. Our company's full name or descriptions of individual items will not appear on the outside of the package.
Australian orders are handled by Australia Post with the same discretion.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.


Will I need to pay taxes or duties on my order?

In most cases, yes—unless you're in Hong Kong, or in the US and your order is under $800 USD.

Import taxes and duties are your responsibility and are set by your country’s customs authority. If you’re unsure what applies to you, we recommend checking with your local Customs office before ordering.

Most countries apply some form of tax or duty on imported goods, including leather products. The amount varies by destination—countries like the UK, EU member states, and Canada typically impose higher charges, while others may be lower.

To help you estimate potential costs, a country-specific tax and duty estimate is shown on the cart page—but only when there are items in your cart. These are estimates only; final charges will be set by your local courier or customs agency before delivery.

US customers: No import taxes or duties are currently charged on orders under $800 USD.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

If your gear arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will organise an exchange for you.
