SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping within Australia is handled by Australia Post.
Standard Shipping (Free) uses Parcel Post.
Express Shipping ($10) uses Express Post.
International shipping is handled by DHL Express. Delivery to most metropolitan areas is less than 5 days.
Shipping costs vary depending on individual countries but as a general guide:
$30 AUD to North America, Western Europe, New Zealand, and East Asia
$40 AUD to Central and South America
$80 AUD to Other remote nations we deem safe to send to.
If you are unable to select your country at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there. There may be one or more reasons, such as lack of courier infrastructure, high risk of theft, or safety risk for our customers importing this type of product.

When will my order be sent?
We are a made-to-order business. This means we manufacture your goods after an order has been placed. Generally, your order will be made within 4 business days. If you need your gear before a particular date, let us know.
If your order cannot be dispatched within 4 business days, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or refund.
When will my order arrive?
We are a made-to-order business. It takes us up to 4 business days to make your gear.
Standard Australian orders to metro regions should arrive within 12 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 8 days in transit). Regional areas can take longer.
Express Australian orders to metro regions should arrive within 6 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 2 days in transit). Regional areas can take longer.
International orders to major cities in many countries usually arrive within 9 business days (4 days manufacture + up to 5 days in transit). Regional areas can take longer.
If you need it before a particular date drop us a note in the comment section of the order or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best.
Can I add to my order after I've checked out?
If you want to add to a completed order you can either place a new order and we will refund you the shipping cost, or contact us for a discount code so you don't have to pay the shipping charge twice. E-mail: email@example.com.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
All international deliveries are sent by DHL Express and arrive in their standard yellow and red plastic satchels or boxes, with standard DHL documentation on the outside. Our company name will be shortened to "A.O.M" and the description of the contents will be, "Articles of leather fashion accessories" or similar. Our company's full name or descriptions of individual items will not appear on the outside of the package.
Australian orders are handled by Australia Post with the same discretion.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
Will I have to pay any taxes or duties on my order?
Taxes and duties are your responsibility.
If you are not sure check with your local Customs office.
Many locations, most notably the UK, EU, and Canada will charge you Tax and Duty on imported leather goods from Australia.
US customers should not be charged import taxes or duties.
