Your gear is handmade by us within 4 business days of receiving the order. If there is any delay we will contact you.
SHIP IT (Australia)
Shipping within Australia is handled by Australia Post.
Standard Shipping (Free) uses Parcel Post.
Express Shipping ($10) uses Express Post.
SHIP IT (International)
International shipping is handled by DHL Express. Delivery to most metropolitan areas is less than 5 days.
Shipping costs vary depending on individual countries but as a general guide:
$30 AUD to North America, Western Europe, New Zealand, and East Asia
$40 AUD to Central and South America
$80 AUD to Other remote nations we deem safe to send to.
If you are unable to select your country at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there. There may be one or more reasons, such as lack of courier infrastructure, high risk of theft, or safety risk for our customers importing this type of product.

UK Minimum Order
Due to changes to the the procedure for collecting VAT and duties we are unable to send orders to the UK that total less than $250 AUD (about £140).

TAX and DUTY?
Taxes and duties levied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs department for more information on charge rates.
Many locations, most notably the UK, EU, and Canada will charge you Tax and Duty on imported leather goods from Australia.
US customers should not be charged import taxes or duties. In the unlikely event that you are asked by DHL or US Customs for an additional payment please contact us.
